Named after Colorado's most famous cannibal, the grill offers everything from salads to burgers to homestyle comfort, plus lots of grab 'n' go items for that quick stop between classes or meetings. Pastries, bagels, sandwiches, ice cream, chips, yogurts, and all of your favorite candy served as a speedy snack or as a great accompaniment to your meal.

  The heart of the Alferd Packer Grill! The Slumgullion Pass offers hearty breakfasts including omelets, pancakes, and hash browns, and for lunch it's juicy burgers, fries, onion rings, grilled cheese, veggie burgers, and more! Check out the daily specials!


• The Tabor-Homestyle Comfort
  We feature three daily hot entrees, including vegetarian. Fajitas, Chicken Samuel, lasagne, vegetarian lo mein, prime rib sandwich, pasta bar, specialty curry dishes, Chicken Cordon Bleu with assorted sides and vegetables are just some items you may find here. The Tabor also highlights an ever-changing selection of ethnic choices that celebrate our diverse cultures.
