DSCC: Advisory Board

Composed of students and staff, the DSCC Advisory Board

  • oversees the policies and procedures of the DSCC
  • approves and recommends funding for programs that align with the DSCC’s purpose
  • makes recommendations for facility usage and programs with the aim of meeting both the needs of specific underrepresented student groups
  • provides for cultural awareness opportunities to the general CU community.

The DSCC is currently accepting applications for student positions on the Advisory Board

Students must be full-time students at CU-Boulder and be in good academic standing with the University. Membership is a one-year commitment with the opportunity for a second year. Serving on the board enables student representatives to support the development of multi-cultural activities on campus and it is an excellent venue for enhancing skills, promoting diversity, building professional relationships, and gaining experience in event planning and cultural programming.

Applications can be returned to UMC 317 or DSCC@colorado.edu
