Workshops –In-a-Box is a free interactive, innovative and educational program designed to offer all student groups leadership development and training. Our workshops focus on helping groups strengthen areas such as time management, running effective meetings and leadership skill development.

Additional Workshop Info:
- Free to all Student Groups
- Must be scheduled three weeks prior to requested workshop date
- Available throughout the academic year
- Workshops are approx. 45min - 1hr long (can be tailored to meet groups’ needs)
- Facilitated by 1 or 2 trained CU GOLD staff or Career Services Staff
- All workshop materials provided by CU GOLD
- Workshops designed for audiences of 5-40 participants
- No workshop limit (Groups may schedule as many as they need)

Wasting time in unorganized meetings? This workshop will help your group to organize meetings with tips for group facilitation, planning fail proof agendas and learning to manage difficult group dynamics.
Go Fish: How to be the Best Catch by Choosing Your Attitude
Do you have what it takes to motivate others around you? Participants learn the four principles of the Seattle Fish Market to bring excitement, energy, and fun to any group.
