This position assists the Assistant UMC Director for Administration and Marketing in the following areas:
1) Identify training needs and develop learning outcomes for UMC student employees. Develop and/or coordinate training efforts.
2) Assist with UMC assessment efforts, including learning outcomes, customer/client satisfaction, effectiveness, and benchmarking surveys to continuously improve the quality of UMC programs, facilities, and services.
3) Develop a UMC student employee “alumni” database for long-term assessment and communication purposes.
4) Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled in a CU graduate program. Must have relevant experience. Must have EXCELLENT communications skills and a strong interest in the subject matter.
Starting pay is $14.50 - $15.50 per hour, depending on qualifications. 5-10 hours per week, 35-40 weeks/year (fall/spring, very little summer).
