UMC Events Planning & Catering

From Simple to Simply Spectacular!

UMC Events Planning & Catering is our new full-service event planning resource. We are the point of contact for making reservations for rooms in the UMC as well as for classroom spaces for non-academic use. We also help you book the Glenn Miller Ballroom and other special use facilities such as Old Main Chapel and various outdoor spaces across campus.

In addition, we provide catering services to both on and off campus venues - from premiere service for formal celebrations and events, to coffee service, snacks, and lunches for meetings, to casual outdoor barbeques.
